How long does detailing take?

A Basic Detail runs about 1.5 to 2 hours. A Complete Detail is usually 3 to 4 hours, and a Premium Detail can take 5 to 6 hours depending on the size and condition of the vehicle. We'll give you a realistic window when you book.

Do you come to apartments and condos?

Yes. We work in apartment lots, condo garages, and assigned stalls all the time. We just need a legal spot with a little room to open the doors and walk around the car. If your garage has low clearance, mention it so we can plan the setup.

Do I need to provide water or power?

Accepted Answer

No. We're fully self-contained and bring our own water and power. If you'd like us to use your hose or outlet, that's fine too, but it's never required.

Can you remove pet hair?

Yes, and it's one of our most common requests. We use rubber tools and an extractor to pull hair out of carpet and upholstery rather than just vacuuming the surface. Heavy hair removal may add time, so let us know in advance.

Do you clean work trucks and vans?

We do. Work trucks, contractor vans, and fleet vehicles are welcome. Pricing depends on size and condition, so call or send photos and we'll quote it honestly.

Can you remove stains from seats and carpet?

Most of them, yes. Coffee, soda, food, and pet accidents usually come out with steam cleaning and hot water extraction. Old dye stains, bleach marks, and ink can be permanent — we'll tell you upfront if we think a stain won't fully lift.

What happens if it rains?

We'll contact you the day before or the morning of to reschedule at no charge. Light drizzle isn't always a problem for interior work, so sometimes we'll offer to do the inside and come back for the exterior.

Do you detail RVs, boats, or motorcycles?

We handle RVs and motorcycles on a case-by-case basis and quote them individually because of size and time. Give us a call with the year, make, and length and we'll let you know.

How often should I detail my car?

For most Bay Area drivers, a full detail every three to four months plus maintenance washes in between keeps a car in good shape. Coastal cars in Pacifica or Foster City benefit from protection a bit more often.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, all major credit and debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay. Payment is due when the work is finished, and you'll get a receipt by text or email.

What products do you use?

pH-balanced soaps, dedicated interior cleaners, and sealants and ceramic sprays from established professional brands. Everything is safe on modern clear coats, leather, and plastic trim. We use clean microfiber towels on every vehicle to avoid cross-contamination.

Can you detail my car at my workplace?

Yes, and a lot of people do it that way. Send us the address, lot, and stall number when you book. As long as parking rules allow it, we'll work while you're inside and text you when the car is ready.

How long does the paint protection last?

Accepted Answer

A paint sealant typically lasts three to five months. Ceramic spray protection generally holds up for six months or more depending on how the car is stored, washed, and driven.

How much notice do you need?

Two to three days is ideal, especially for weekends. That said, we often have same-week and occasionally same-day openings, so it's always worth calling if you need something soon.
