Terms of Service
Booking and arrival
Appointments are scheduled with an arrival window rather than an exact minute. We'll text when we're on the way. Please make sure the vehicle is accessible and parked in a legal spot with room to work around it.
Pricing and quotes
Listed prices are starting prices for standard sedans. Larger vehicles or those in heavier condition may cost more. Any change to the quoted price is confirmed with you before work begins.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated same-day cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
Weather
If rain makes exterior work impractical, we'll reschedule at no charge or complete interior work and return for the exterior.
Vehicle condition
We take care with every vehicle, but pre-existing damage such as failing clear coat, torn upholstery, loose trim, or previous poor repairs may not survive normal cleaning. We'll point out anything we notice before starting. Please remove personal valuables before your appointment.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is finished. We accept cash, major cards, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay. Questions? Call (510) 603-4231.
